Previously been using the SB26ADC tweeter for my two way setup recently got hands on the SB29 RDNC and have zero complaints.. can be crossed really low upto 1800hz i am using this in my 3way setup crossing at 2500hz and it played effortlessly ! Very good driver with every detail playing in the background

This is by far the best mid woofer i have experienced which can provide this much of impactful presence even in 6" size ! crystal clear even when you use it as full range speaker and gives punch base on the same hand ! really impressed by the service of audiofy and product quality of SB acoustics

I embarked on a journey to build my very own speaker system, and after careful consideration, I settled on utilizing this specific driver. Following a well-established design that incorporated these drivers seemed like the logical choice, and I'm pleased to say that the Audiofy team played a pivotal role in making this project a reality. Now, turning our attention to these drivers themselves, they truly stand out in every way. Their ability to reproduce sound with remarkable accuracy, maintaining the authentic timbre and tonal characteristics of audio, is nothing short of impressive. What sets them apart is their precision and speed, which makes for a listening experience that's not only enjoyable but also incredibly detailed.

Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend this driver to anyone in pursuit of a speaker system that comes remarkably close to recreating the true essence of audio.

I have used Dayton RS180 for a long time, but those drivers predate these designs by a decade, and have severe cone breakup problems acoompanied by resonance distortion amplification, which becomes audible even as low as 1.5KHz. These SB17 metal cone drivers (this one and the SB17NBAC) are outstanding next generation metal-cone drivers which have these radial ridges to reduce cone breakup. The net result is a low distortion driver with really exceptional clarity and detail in the vocal ranges, something which paper and poly cones find hard to deliver. And all this is done with a controlled cone breakup, thus making it unnecessary for me to use 6th order or Cauer-Elliptic crossover topologies.

These are on the cards for my next MTM floorstander designs, mated to an SB26CDC tweeter or an SB29RDAC.

This is a very peculiar driver. It is large enough to deliver room-filling bass, it's almost 10". It has an Fs of 24Hz, which lets it go really low in a small enclosure. It can be used in a sealed 20-litre enclosure almost without any equalisation and will still deliver bass deep enough for double-bass or rock. And it does all this together with a flat SPL curve which goes into the KHz range, with a moving mass much lighter than the SB29NRX classical high-end woofer. This one has a moving mass of 44g while that has 78g. So, this can handle higher frequencies than almost any other 10" woofer. I'm using this in a 3-way sealed box with an MR13 mid and a TW29R tweeter, for an all-Satori high-end monitor speaker. It may be larger than desktop speakers but will be average size for general monitors. I'll drive this with a Hypex FA123 with active equalisation and crossover.

This is the only 10" driver I can think of which can mate with the Satori 2" dome midrange, because the dome needs to be crossover at 1KHz or higher, 4th order.
